Order Confirmation

• We accept orders by email, fax, or through our SAGE portal.
• We recommend confirming your order with a purchase order to ensure everything is accurate.
• Verbal changes are not accepted to avoid confusion.

Artwork and Copyright

• To create the best possible product, we recommend submitting artwork in .eps, .psd, or .ai vector format.
• By submitting artwork, you guarantee it complies with copyright and trademark laws. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from your design.

Payment

• All orders must be prepaid before production starts.
• There is a 3% credit card processing fee for orders over $2000.
• Once you approve the invoice, you are confirming all billing and shipping information is correct.

Production and Cancellations

• Our standard production time is 7-10 business days after payment and artwork approval. Rush service is available for an extra fee.
• Unfortunately, cancellations and returns are not allowed for custom orders once artwork is approved.
• This is because custom products cannot be resold to other customers.

Samples

• Samples can be requested without a purchase order. However, specialty items may not be available.
• To ensure prompt delivery of your sample, please submit your request by 2 pm CST with complete shipping information.

Product Information

• We strive to provide the exact quantity you order. However, slight variations may occur.
• We will notify you immediately of any unexpected changes in quantity or product availability.
• We print colors as close to your approval as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect match.

Shipping

• We will ship your order according to your requested in-hands date.
• Shipping estimates can be provided upon request with complete order details.
• We offer drop shipping and split shipment options for an additional fee.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Custom Orders

• Please note that custom, handmade products may have slight shade variations compared to the pictures.

Credits

• Any credit issued by our company is valid for 6 months.
